LMPs by Resource Nodes, Load Zones and Trading Hubs

Posts the Locational Marginal Price (LMP) at each Resource Node, Load Zone and Trading Hub for every Security Constrained Economic Dispatch (SCED) execution. SCED runs approximately every five minutes, so a full day contains roughly 288 intervals per settlement point.
